In 1926 grandfather Emilio bought a vineyard named Roncolongo, thus founding the Bisi winery. In later years he built a small cellar to vinifiy his own grapes and store the bottles for aging. Right from the beginning, he embraced the hard, but rewarding philosophy of quality.
Over many years and three generations the Bisi winery has been slowly growing, but the love for the land and the passion for winemaking are still the keywords of the mission. Estate vineyards follow the experience of the family tradition and the rules of a sustainable approach.
The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully selecting the best ones and immediatley vinified, respecting the natural rhythms of maturation. A consolidated expertise guides through all the stages of production to guarantee that Bisi wines are always the best and genuine expression of the terroir.
