On the beautiful land in province Perugia, Umbria, particularly suited for the composition, location and exposure, the Peppucci implanted 13 hectares of new vineyards with vines Grechetto of Todi, Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Colorino, as well as with international varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
Careful management of the vineyard, the precision of the workmanship, the harvest period chosen for each variety and plot of land and a careful and rigorous manual harvest in boxes that allow us to have wines that are, in each vintage, the best possible expression of our land.
The aim is to produce wines that are an authentic expression of this beautiful land, where the altitude, the frame of the forests, the stony soil, the wind never stops blowing, the sun that takes the vines from sunrise to sunset , can really give rise to higher class wines.
Interpreting the territory through the enhancement of native vines such as Grechetto of Todi and Sagrantino not disdaining the use of the great international varieties.
