Onde is a high-quality Ròse wine where ripe fruit, minerality and structure are in harmony. The nose immediately reveals an intense aroma of black cherry, strawberry with floral nuances reminiscent of lime and officinal notes (mint).

Grape variety: Cabernet Franc 100%

Vinification: After a careful selection of Cabernet Franc grapes, this rosé is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15-20 days. This is followed by a 5-month maturation in stainless steel tanks on fine yeasts. Further refinement 2 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: The color is pale pink with orange reflections. Aroma of red fruits, including black cherry, strawberry, floral nuances reminiscent of lime, and balsamic notes of mint. On the palate, the wine is very soft and elegant with great acidity and a full taste. Good persistence.

Food pairing: oily fish, vegetables, risotto with raspberries and red shrimp, pasta
