Grape variety: Montepulciano, Cabernet 

Vinification: Montepulciano and Cabernet grapes, meticulously grown and turned into wine separately using selected oak barriques, then mixed together aged 24 months in barriques and then three months in the bottle.

Tasting notes: vivid ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: Intense with hints of ripe sour cherries and wilting. Spicy notes of licorice and balsamic notes of eucalyptus. On the palate: soft, silky and well-balanced, with a long-lasting finish.

Food pairing: meat dishes, roasts, delicate game and mature cheeses

Alcohol content: 15% vol. 

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
