This organic Valpolicella is a light, vibrant red wine from the Veneto region of Italy. Made primarily from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, it showcases lively flavors of red cherries, berries, and subtle herbs. Valpolicella’s moderate alcohol content and gentle tannins make it an incredibly food-friendly wine, pairing well with pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, and lighter meats. Its approachable nature and fresh, fruity character make it perfect for everyday enjoyment, whether on its own or with casual meals. Grape variety: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella

Vinification: Handpicking. Fermentation at controlled temperature 25°C in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Refinement in steel tanks and in the bottle for approximately 6 months. 

Tasting notes: Bright ruby colour. On the nose notes of white pepper with red berries (raspberry, cherry, strawberry). On the palate it is fresh and clean, with delicate spice notes and refreshing.

Food pairing: light dishes such as salads and fish (tuna and tartare). Perfect also for pasta, risotto and pizza .

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
