Tenuta I Fauri is a family company, which works in the vineyards according to the integrating management, a kind of approach that is halfway between conventional and organic farming, minimizing defense interventions. The vineyards are 250 meters above sea level, the average altitude of the teatine hills, in the Baldovino area.
Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano abruzzese
Vinification: Static decanting of the must and soft pressing, controlled temperature fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow with greenish glints. Fine fragrance with hints of apple and flowers.
Food pairing: Light white meats and fish dishes
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Best served at a temperature of 10-12°C
