The search of a good quality in vineyard and in the cellar is the main purpose of the Ciù Ciù winery. This deep ruby red wine with purple shades, is good to be drunk after its third year of ageing. The ageing gives it vivacity, emphasizing amber shades and a velvety smoothness. its vines are Montepulciano and Sangiovese that are grown on the hill of Ascoli Piceno territory.

Grape variety: Montepulciano, Sangiovese

Vinification: Traditional red fermentation with ageing 12 months in oak barrels and after that 6 months in bottles.

Tasting notes: dense ruby red with garnet reflections. Superficially spicy notes, complemented by the scent of ripe cherries and red berries. Velvety tannins on the palate, medium-weight and balanced.

Food pairing: Pizza, pasta, aged cheeses and meat dishes

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
