The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC from Castello di Perno is a wine with a strong character on the nose and a good body, which is able to brighten up the table every day and at the same time can be shared even on more important occasions.

Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto

Vinification: aged in stainless steel tanks for about six months and then rested in the bottle for the same time, is a wine with a strong character on the nose and a good body.

Tasting notes: ruby red colour. On the nose it reveals notes of ripe red fruit, especially cherry, and floral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, in harmony with the nose and of excellent persistence.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Food pairing: perfect with traditional Piedmontese dishes.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
