he wines of Villa Corniole evolve and transform themselves following the slow rhythms imposed by nature in the Cembra Valley. Mountain wines that assimilate a unique Terroir given by the extreme climate, which need to evolve slowly to express and maintain their potential and organoleptic characteristics over time.

Grape variety: Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau

Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually towards the end of September. The Müller Thurgau and half of the Chardonnay ferment and refine in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the remaining part of the Chardonnay in barrique.

Tasting notes: deep straw yellow color; the nose is fine and intense, complex, with hints of tropical fruit and citrus that integrate with spicy notes. Sapid, mineral, with pleasant acidity, typical characteristics of mountain wines. Dry and persistent.

Food pairing: ideal for various first courses, fish in general and white meats; a wine that is continually renewed, thanks to its extraordinary complexity and structure.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C

Awards: Gilbert & Gaillard 92/100
