The wines of Villa Corniole evolve and transform themselves following the slow rhythms imposed by nature in the Cembra Valley. Mountain wines that assimilate a unique Terroir given by the extreme climate, which need to evolve slowly to express and maintain their potential and organoleptic characteristics over time.

Grape variety: Lagrein, Teroldego

Vinification: the grapes, harvested manually and selectively, are vinified separately in red. Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 8-12 days, at a controlled temperature of 26/28° and the wine matures only in steel. Followed by the blend of the two wines and bottle aging for a few months.

Tasting notes: intense ruby red color. The nose is fruity and fresh, with light spicy notes. The taste is also fresh, rich, soft, savory and with a good persistence.

Food pairing: Cimbro is a cuveé to be consumed throughout the meal, with cold cuts, with juicy first courses or delicate soups, with red and white meats and, given its freshness, also excellent between meals.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C
