The Bellini, famous cocktail of Venice, is a perfect low alcohol aperitif made up of three parts of Brut sparkling wine and natural fruit juice. "Mimosa Arancia Rossa" is born from the union of sparkling wine of its own production with the juice of the best Sicilian red quality oranges: “Moro”, “Tarocco” e “Sanguinello”. The juice of these three qualities is dosed in order to obtain a perfect balance between perfume, aroma and color, and then it is mixed with sparkling wine, so as to obtain a fresh and thirst-quenching cocktail, ideal as an aperitif. 

Grape variety: Glera

Vinification: The secret of Mimosa Canella is the perfect balance between the different varieties of Sicilian PGI Red Oranges used in the recipe. The precious “Moro”, “Tarocco” and “Sanguinello” varieties give the finished cocktail a fresh and thirst-quenching taste. The traditional recipe involves the use of one part of Brut Canella sparkling wine and three parts of orange juice.

Tasting notes: A fruity and easygoing drink that pleases both the palate and the eyes. Prosecco and oranges complete each other harmoniously, no other aromas or flavors required. 

Pairing: it is a fresh, light and very fragrant aperitif to be enjoyed very cold and if possible with ice. It is gluten free and has no added sugars, low in calories and in alcohol.
