In the beautiful vineyards where Ciù Ciù wines are made it seems that time has stopped to tell us all a story, the story of their origin. The dedication and tradition along with the belief that wine should represent the identity of the territory, give birth to a large selection of wines who represent their production areas.

Grape variety: Malvasia

Vinification: Cryomaceration. Gentle pressing, cleaning of the must by static decanting. The must is kept cold until the second fermentation. Marinotti method. Refinement 3 months in bottle

Tasting notes: full straw yellow colour tending towards golden, finely grained and persistent bubbles. On the nose it releases an intense fragrance typical of the Malvasia di Candia grape variety: aromas of apricot , yellow peach, candied citrus as well as floral and herbal notes such as sage. In the mouth it is sweet but at the same time fresh and well-balanced.

Food pairing: It pairs perfectly with dry pastries and bakery products (panettone, colomba).

Alcohol content: 10% vol.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C

Awards: James Suckling: 90/100
