Since 2000 the company Tosca  follows organic values, which are gently reflected in their wines. The DOC Valcalepio red and white play a huge role in Toscas winemaking, along with Riserva. DOC Terre del Colleoni is Tosca’s farm new wine production. A strong personality is given by the products that belong to this area, as well as the IGT Bergamasca represents a goldish frame of the viticulture and wine tradition of Bergamo province. This Riesling is a fresh wine with a lot of minerality and great sapidity at the end.

Grape variety: Riesling 100%

Vinification: refinement for 6 months in steel vats.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with green reflections. The limestone of the soil is very well expressed on the palate. The aromas are fine and elegant. Very fresh and mineral with excellent persistence.

Alcohol content: 12% vol. 

Food pairing: sushi, fish dishes, especially shrimps.

Serve at  8°-10°C
