This wine of character and a great personality, an expression of this land, is dedicated to the grandfather Fausto. It is made from grapes Timorasso and highlights the natural qualities of this rare grape variety. Complex, elegant aromas, red blood in the body of a white, minerality, flavor, warmth and freshness.

Grape variety: Timorasso

Vinification: the wine matures for approximately eight months in refrigerated steel tanks where it becomes enriched with bouquet and body thanks to manual “batonnage”. Bottled in the month of July it continues its refinement for a further six months.

Tasting notes: Colour: intensely straw yellow and bright. Bouquet: pronounced mineral content complex with hints of acacia, white flowers and citrus. Palate: brackish, warmth and freshness. Full bodied with a persistent aftertaste.

Food pairing: cheese risottos, white truffles, shellfish and fish dishes.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Serving temperature: 12-14°C
