Wine made with Teroldego, called "Prince" grape variety. Teroldego, a distinguished red grape variety, finds its roots nestled in the picturesque vineyards of Trentino, Italy. This indigenous gem has gained acclaim for producing wines that showcase a unique character, combining depth, structure, and a vibrant fruit profile.
Grape variety: Teroldego Rotaliano 100%
Vinification: the grapes are harvested manually, selectively and vinified in red. Fermentation takes place with 8-15 days maceration on the skins, at a controlled temperature of 26/28°C. The wine then matures in steel and a small part in barrique. Following further refinement in the bottle for a few months.
Tasting notes: intense ruby red colour. The nose is intense, fruity, with hints of raspberries and currants, broad and fine. The taste is dry, decisive, with the right sapidity and tannins.
Food pairing: it is an ideal wine to accompany the rich and savory typical Trentino dishes, as well as full-bodied first courses such as lasagna and with second courses such as roasts, grills and aged cheeses.
