From continuous research and a balance between the Montepulciano and Sangiovese grape varieties comes this Piceno Superiore Biodynamic wine with a ruby red colour with impenetrable garnet reflections and a strong brilliance.
Grape variety: Montepulciano, Sangiovese
Vinification: Traditional red fermentation with ageing in oak barrels for approximately 12 months and 15% in barriques for approximately 12 months. Refinement 12 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes: dense ruby red colour. On the nose fruity notes of perfectly ripe marasca cherry immediately give an idea of uniqueness, with floral hints of violet and forest floor notes, other small red berries, blood orange, balsamic pine resin, spicy pepper and notes of bitter cacao and sweet tobacco. Great intensity, dry, warm, sufficiently fresh and full-flavoured, decidedly soft, the tannin is extremely pleasant and well developed. Finish with ripe fruit and chocolate.
