The uniqueness of Terlano's terroir is really special. Almost 3 hectares of organic vineyards accompany the grapes with precise and patient manual processing until harvest, trying to achieve a natural balance with targeted and simple interventions. The goal of the winery is to create unique and exciting wines that reflect the typical characteristics of the Terlano terroir: lively, vertical, brilliant, mineral and long-lasting wines.

Grape variety: Pinot Bianco

Vinification: Hand picked. Fermentation: Pied de Cuve, obtained with native yeasts selected from the vineyard. Vinification: Steel tank at controlled temperature. Ageing: 50% steel tank, 50% used barriques for 8 months and 5 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: yellow color. Nose: Aromas of nuts, apples, quince, pears, citrus, pineapple and apricot. On the palate: mild acidity and fine fruit.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Food pairing: fish, seafood, veal and pork.

Serve at 10°-12°C
