The flagship of this famous wine producer - Riesling from terroir with sandy soils interspersed with granite, slate, gneiss, quartz and mica. This late ripening variety develops unique aromas in vineyards located at higher altitudes. The grapes are harvested by hand from the oldest vines (30-35 years) of the estate from the beginning to the middle of October and processed with care. This Alto Adige Vinschgau "Alte Reben" is a concentrate of personality and is considered as one of the best rieslings in Italy.

Grape variety: Riesling

Vinification: Fermentation and ageing in large acacia wood barrels (10 months) and steel barrels (5 months), then bottle ageing (12 months)

Tasting notes: Bright yellow color with shades of gold. The perfume presents notes of citrus and yellow pulp fruit, embellished with mineral touches, stone notes and spicy nuances. Medium-bodied, striking for its freshness, a characteristic that encourages having a second glas.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Food pairing: A perfect wine with fish main courses, with recipes based on crustaceans and shellfish.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
