Grape variety: Pecorino 100%

Vinification: Soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Complex aromas with hints of white peach, lavender flowers, honey, vanilla and tropical fruits. Good structure, full, soft and long persistence. Medium-bodied, pleasant highlighted by a significant persistence.

Food pairing: This white wine from Italy is well chilled, a perfect aperitif. At the same time it is a very good companion of medium mature cheeses, white meats, shellfish (shrimp, lobster) and recipes with truffles or mushrooms.
